GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.codexcalixtinus.es owned by Global Blue Ink, SLU (hereinafter The Facsimile Club).<\/p>\n

These terms and conditions will remain in effect indefinitely and will apply to all orders placed through the Global Blue Ink, SLU website https:\/\/facsimil.club for delivery. However, if the user resides in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, they must contact El Club del Facs\u00edmil's sales team to determine the applicable tax regulations for those territories. If the product is to be delivered to the Balearic Islands, depending on the selected products, the website may require the user to contact a sales representative to process their order.<\/p>\n

The Facsimile Club will keep a record of each contract, including customer\/user details, purchased products, payment method, delivery address, and all other relevant information regarding the purchase. In all cases, the contract will be governed by these General Terms and Conditions, which regulate the obligations between the parties.<\/p>\n

The procurement process can only be conducted in Spanish and English. If it can be carried out in any other language, this will be indicated before the process begins.<\/p>\n

Codex Calixtinus facsimile reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of this document implies that the User:<\/p>\n

a. You have read, understand and comprehend these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.<\/p>\n

b. That is a person, natural or legal, with sufficient capacity to contract and meets the legal conditions to enter into the purchase and sale contract carried out through this website.<\/p>\n

c. That assumes each and every one of the obligations established herein, which will regulate the present purchase process.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale created between The Facsimile Club and the User at the moment when the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.<\/p>\n

The contractual relationship of purchase and sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a price that is determined and publicly displayed through the website, of a specific product or service.<\/p>\n

After reading and accepting these general terms and conditions, the User may order the Product through the website https:\/\/facsimil.club<\/p>\n

In any case, the verification of the order terms will be the sole responsibility of the User and the purchase process cannot be started until the User has sent the confirmation of the order terms (hereinafter, Order Confirmation).<\/p>\n

To access the services offered by The Facsimile Club, Users must register through the website by creating a User account. To do so, Users must freely and voluntarily provide the required personal data.<\/p>\n

The User agrees to use these access credentials diligently, not to share them with third parties, and to immediately notify The Facsimile Club of the loss or theft of their password and any possible unauthorized access. In this regard, the USER is responsible for the security of their access credentials.<\/p>\n

The USER accepts responsibility for all activities that occur under their email address and password.<\/p>\n

The USER will be able to access their profile through the links located on the right side of the navigation under the \u201cMy Account\u201d section.\u201d<\/p>\n

The USER should pay particular attention to the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 You should ensure you use a secure password.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You must ensure that no unauthorized person can obtain the password.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The User is obligated to change or cancel their password immediately if they are aware or suspect that another person or third party knows, uses, or has used the password. If this is not possible, the User must notify El Club del Facs\u00edmil immediately. In this case, El Club del Facs\u00edmil will block the User's account, restoring it once new access credentials have been assigned.<\/p>\n

Once the User account has been created, please note that, in accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of Law 34\/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. PRODUCT SELECTION<\/p>\n

The product selection will be effective each time the User clicks on the purchase icons where the words "buy", "add to cart", "buy now" or similar expressions will be visible.<\/p>\n

You can make different selections, which will be accumulated in the virtual basket or "cart".\u201c<\/p>\n

The User should pay special attention to this information and verify that the entire order is in accordance with their preferences, and if not, they can make the changes they deem appropriate, using the links that will be available according to the terms they wish to modify.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, before confirming the order, the User must correct any errors or inaccuracies that may exist in said order. Once the User confirms the order, The Facsimile Club will not accept any responsibility for the delivery of a product with which the User is not satisfied, alleging an error or inaccuracy in the order, except for the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period and in the manner provided in this document.<\/p>\n

4. Confirmation of The Facsimile Club<\/p>\n

In any case, the contracting platform of El Club del Facs\u00edmil will inform the User, once the purchase procedure is completed, by sending an email to the address indicated in the User profile, confirming the order, and the summary of the purchase made.<\/p>\n

Likewise, The Facsimile Club will keep you informed via email about the different statuses of your order according to the process: \u201cin process\u201d, \u201cawaiting payment confirmation\u201d, \u201cshipped\u201d, \u201cheld\u201d, \u201cissued\u201d, \u2026.<\/p>\n
