Sell your facsimile to someone who truly He appreciates it

Do you have a facsimile at home that you no longer consult? List it for free on the Club's Member Marketplace. Collectors looking for exactly that will see it, the buyer pays online, and you get paid when the copy arrives at its destination.

A market made only for facsimiles

A facsimile of an illuminated codex is not just any object, and selling it on a general portal usually ends in low bids, questions that lead nowhere, and the uncomfortable question of how to get paid without risk.

The Members' Marketplace sells only facsimiles and art books. Each listing is linked to its edition in our catalog (work, publisher, year, and print run), so the buyer knows exactly what they are purchasing. And the website handles payment from start to finish: you don't have to give your bank account details to a stranger or meet up with anyone.

Both individuals and professionals can sell. If it's your first time, we'll guide you through the process.

Specialized audience

Collectors and bibliophiles looking for facsimiles, not a flea market for everything.

No transfers to strangers or cash payments: the payment is handled by the website.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sell if I am a private individual?

Yes. The Members' Market is primarily intended for individuals who want to sell one or more facsimiles. The listing indicates whether the seller is an individual or a professional.

How much does it cost to sell?

Publishing is free with the Free Plan, which allows up to 3 ads. You only pay when you sell: the Club charges a 10% commission on the price of each copy (VAT included). With the Member Plan (€9.90 per month, with a 30-day trial), you can have up to 25 ads, and the commission drops to 8%. Shipping costs paid by the buyer are your responsibility. The payment processor's (Stripe) fee is deducted from your earnings.

    When do I get paid?

The buyer pays through the website, and the money is held. Once they confirm receipt of the item and 72 hours pass without incident, the payment is transferred. If the buyer does not confirm receipt, the sale is automatically closed 14 days after shipment.

Who is in charge of shipping?

You can choose your preferred carrier. From your account panel, you can select the carrier and provide the tracking number. You have 5 business days from payment to ship the order; otherwise, it will be canceled and the buyer will be refunded.

What happens if the buyer complains?

If the buyer opens a dispute (with photos), the payment is frozen. You can accept the return or explain your position, and if there is no agreement, the Club decides. Therefore, it's advisable to describe the condition in detail and photograph any defects.

What information are they asking me for and why?

To process your payment, we verify your identity through our payment provider. Furthermore, European regulation DAC7 requires platforms to collect the name, tax identification number (NIF), address, and date of birth of sellers and to report to the tax authorities those who exceed 30 sales or €2,000 per year.

Can I put my phone number in the ad?

No. All communication and payment take place online: this protects both buyer and seller. Ads containing phone numbers, emails, or external links are not published.
